Invoicing for collision repair shops

Bill the parts you already tracked, without re-typing, and always know what each customer still owes.

Invoice from a parts order

Customer, vehicle, RO and part lines fill in automatically. Set your selling price and adjust before issuing. You're warned before billing an order that's already invoiced.

Accurate totals

Line discounts, tax, tax-exempt customers, shipping and other fees. Money is stored in whole cents and totals are calculated by the server, not the browser.

Locked once issued

Issued invoices can't be silently edited. Voided invoices stay on record and never count as owed or paid.

Payments and balances

Record full or partial payments with date, method and reference. Overpayments are rejected and statuses update to Partially Paid, Paid or Overdue.

Professional PDF

Your business details and logo, itemized charges, totals, paid and remaining amounts, and payment terms. Download, print, or open it in your own email app.

Shop settings

Owners set company details, invoice numbering, default tax rate and payment terms. Invoice numbers are sequential and unique per shop.

Good to know

PartsPilot AI records payments you receive; it does not process customer card payments. Invoices are emailed from your own email app. Invoicing is included on every plan — see pricing, or read how collision shops can streamline invoicing.
