Who is PartsPilot AI for?
Collision repair and auto body shops — especially parts managers, office managers and owners who need to know where every ordered part is.
How much does it cost?
Plans are priced per shop per month: Starter $229, Pro $429, Enterprise $599. One subscription covers your whole team. Prices are in USD and sales tax may apply.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and you can cancel from your billing page. You can also try the live demo with fictional data without signing up.
What does the AI do?
On Pro and Enterprise, AI drafts supplier follow-up messages using the details of a parts order, in a friendly, firm or urgent tone. You review and copy every draft; nothing is sent automatically. Daily draft limits apply per shop.
Does it connect to CCC ONE or supplier portals?
No. PartsPilot AI is not integrated with or endorsed by CCC. You enter parts orders yourself or import them from a CSV spreadsheet.
Can I invoice customers?
Yes. You can create invoices from parts orders or from scratch, download a PDF, and record full or partial payments. PartsPilot AI does not process customer card payments.
Is my shop's data private?
Each shop can see only its own data. Access rules are enforced in the database, and owner-only actions such as managing the team are restricted to the shop owner.
Does it track shelf inventory?
No. It tracks parts you've ordered for repairs, not stock on hand.
